Hello and welcome to the LM2 blog! (Yes, we blog now). Lily and I are so excited to embark on this new adventure. We are honored to have this space to connect with leaders like you.

Founded in 2023, LM Squared Consultants, LLC began with a simple goal: to support P-12 school districts with impactful, actionable strategies that enhance learning outcomes. As current practitioners, we understand the complex challenges schools face today and are passionate about helping you navigate them. Our services cover a wide range of needs, from curriculum development to program evaluations and professional development planning, all with a personal, tailored approach.

To steal a line from Jerry Maguire, "Help me help you!" (Lily tells me that's a line from the movie. If you know me, I probably didn't see the movie... lol).

With this blog, we’re taking our mission online, creating a place where you can get to know us, learn more about the work we do, and explore topics that are top of mind for today’s educational leaders. We intend to alternate authors each week (with posted scheduled for release each Monday at 6:00am EST), so you get to know each of us and our philosophies around a cohesive district vision. We also intend to leverage our social media platforms to share articles, resources, and tips designed to make a positive impact on your district.
